You’ll take home a training manual with lectures on anatomy, kinesiology, catalog of lifting movements and alignment cues, and a template for building your own sequence.

Training takes place at Power of Your Om studio in Santa Barbara, CA. The schedule is highly interactive with sessions broken into three categories; Masterclass (movement), Lecture (theory and study), and Lab (practice teaching). There will be breaks for eating and snacks throughout.

Danika Ervin is a 500 HR Sculpt, Power Yoga and Pilates teacher with additional certifications as a Certified Functional Strength Coach and Functional Range Conditioning Specialist (FRC). She has been teaching since 2019 and focuses her classes on athletic movement and strength that lasts.
