Our Sound Bath, led by Danika Ervin, begins with light stretching and meditation to integrate before lying down for 60 minutes of sound. For one full hour you can bathe in the vibration of musical instruments as they cleanse your mind and body. You might experience a mix of emotions throughout and the hope is you leave feeling deeply relaxed and having more clarity.
