Before class, you’ll have the opportunity to connect with local women-owned company Redeemer Small Batch, who will provide CBD/THC samples and share their mission of using cannabis to deepen connection with oneself. They will also discuss how cannabis might aid in recovery and help you to get the most out of your yoga practice. You’ll have the choice of a 5mg THC or 15mg CBD gummy included with sign up.*
